Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Qipp provides an AI-powered interview coaching platform for Product Managers. The Services allow you to:

• Record answers directly in the browser or upload audio files;
• Paste existing transcripts for analysis;
• Receive AI-generated scoring and feedback across PM-specific dimensions; and
• Track performance trends and compare sessions over time.

Your use of the Services is subject to the terms and package limits described in this Agreement and on our public pricing page.

2. Account and Access

2.1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2.2. Account responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qipp.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.3. Access rights. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for personal interview preparation purposes.

3. Plans and Usage Limits

3.1. Available packages.

3.2. Usage definitions.

• Session: one analysis triggered by clicking the Analyze button, regardless of input method (recording, upload, or paste). Each session consumes one session from your current package allowance.
• Re-analysis: one re-scoring triggered by clicking the Re-analyze button after editing a transcript. Each re-analysis consumes one re-analysis from your current package allowance.
• Audio hours: total audio duration you can send for transcription in connection with your current package, covering live recordings and uploaded files. Pasted transcripts do not consume audio hours.

3.3. Transcript edit limit. You may edit up to 30% of a transcript before re-analyzing. Edits exceeding this limit will be rejected. To analyze substantially different content, create a new session.

3.4. Package balances. Your remaining package balances are shown in your Qipp dashboard. Allowances are tied to the specific package you purchased and do not transfer between packages. Unused allowances may expire if an expiration date is specified at the time of purchase.

3.5. Free package reset. The Free package resets back to its base allowance once every three (3) months. The three-month reset period begins when you first use any Free package allowance (for example, when you run your first analysis).

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. Fees. Fees for each package are as listed on our pricing page and/or at checkout and are processed via our third-party payment provider. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

4.2. One-time purchases.Paid packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. When you exhaust a package's allowances, you may optionally purchase another package.

4.3. Price changes. We may change package prices prospectively for new purchases. Changes do not affect packages you have already purchased.

4.4. Cancellations. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused portions of a package except where required by applicable law.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit free tier allowances);
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or availability of the Services through bots, scraping, or excessive automated requests;
• Use the Services to build a competing product or service;
• Present Qipp's AI-generated feedback as official hiring decisions or professional legal, financial, or HR advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these restrictions.

6. Your Content

6.1. Ownership.You retain all ownership rights to the audio, transcripts, and other content you submit ("User Content").

6.2. License to Qipp. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to process your User Content solely to provide the Services and generate feedback and reports for you. We may also use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Services. We do not use your User Content to train AI models.

6.3. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit your content, and for complying with applicable privacy and recording laws if your content involves other individuals.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

Scores, verdicts, and coaching generated by Qipp are produced by AI models and may contain errors or limitations. They do not constitute legal, financial, HR, or professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for independently evaluating and deciding how to act on any outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

Qipp and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by QIPP, Inc. or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.

9. Service Availability

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Services available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you are in material breach of this Agreement or if your usage causes harm to our systems or other users. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QIPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE PLAN.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
